About Us
Kowaltzke’s Drilling Services is a family owned and operated business. We’ve been providing professional drilling services to the Lockyer region for the past 40 years. Kowaltzke’s Drilling Services ventured into mineral and geotechnical exploration over 20 years ago and is now a highly sought after company with an outstanding safety record along with an outstanding hole completion rate.
Kowaltzke’s Drilling always aims to operate at a higher than required performance rate. We conduct monthly maintenance checks along with any required site compliance checks. Kowaltzke’s Drilling prides itself in the quality of work, the professionalism of the drilling team, and the presentation and reliability of our machines.
Kowaltzke’s Drilling has a fleet of five drilling rigs. Two are up to the current specifications for mine site drilling, leaving the other three available for water bore drilling work. The drilling depth capacity varies between the types of drilling rigs. The top head drive rig has the greatest depth range at 300 – 1100 meters depending on what type of drilling you require.
